These terms govern access to You Grow Partners, including the marketing site, sign-in, and the affiliate program course. By using the product you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. The product

You Grow Partners is a guided course for SME owners and marketing leads who run an affiliate program. It includes lessons, workshops, an ideal-partner profile, progress tracking, and program-brief drafts. The product is educational. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for your own professional advisers.

3. Accounts

Some features need an account. You must be 18 or older and able to form a contract. Keep your sign-in details under your control. You are responsible for activity on the account. We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or the product is being abused.

4. Plans and payment

Stage 01 may be offered free of charge. A paid subscription, when we charge for it, unlocks later stages and related tools. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Access to paid parts then ends at the close of the current billing period, unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise. Fees already paid are not refunded except where law requires a refund. Prices and what each plan includes may change. We will give notice of a material paid-plan change where the law requires it.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of answers, workshop outputs, partner-profile data, and program-brief drafts you create. You grant us a licence to host, store, and display that content so we can run the product for you. You confirm you have the right to submit that content. We may remove content that is unlawful or that breaks these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not

• use the product in any unlawful manner or for unlawful purposes
• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at abusive scale, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the product or related systems
• interfere with security, rate limiting, or abuse-prevention measures
• share course materials in a way that lets others skip an account or a paid plan
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation in a way that harms us or others

7. Intellectual property

The You Grow Partners name, branding, lessons, workshops, and site materials we own remain our property or that of our licensors. Your account licence is limited to personal or internal business use of the course. You may not copy, frame, resell, or publicly republish the course except as allowed by law or with our prior written consent.

8. Third parties

Sign-in may use Google. Mail may use Resend. The course may mention affiliate platforms and other vendors. Those parties have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or practices.

9. No warranties

The product is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Results from applying the course to your program will vary.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of the Republic of Cyprus, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes

We may modify the product or these terms from time to time. The last-updated date will change when the terms are revised. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence, the courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the product.
