This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use You Grow Partners, including the marketing site, sign-in, and the affiliate program course. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018.

1. Data controller

2. Scope

This policy covers yougrowpartners.com and the course product we operate. Use of the product is also covered by our Terms. It does not cover third-party sites you reach from the course, partner tools, or Google if you use Google to sign in. Those parties have their own notices.

3. Personal data we process

What we process depends on how you use the product.

• Account data. Email address, sign-in method, and onboarding answers you give us.
• Partner profile. Brand name, product, domains, competitors, and partner preferences you store in your program profile.
• Course data. Lesson progress, workshop answers, generated workshop outputs, and program brief drafts.
• Auth mail. One-time codes and magic-link messages we send so you can sign in.
• Session cookies. A signed-in session cookie so the product can keep you logged in.
• Device and network data. IP address, user-agent, and similar technical identifiers used for security and abuse prevention.
• Correspondence. The content of messages you send us and the contact details you include.

You can browse the marketing site without an account. We do not ask for special-category data under GDPR Article 9.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Running the course. Create your account, save progress, and keep workshop and program work (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of a contract or steps at your request).
• Sign-in and account mail. Send one-time codes and magic links (Article 6(1)(b)).
• Security and abuse prevention. Rate limiting, fraud and bot mitigation (Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interests).
• Legal compliance. Lawful requests and statutory duties (Article 6(1)(c)).

5. Recipients and processors

Personal data may be shared with

• Infrastructure hosts. The servers that run the site and the PocketBase account store.
• Resend. Transactional email for sign-in codes and account messages.
• Google. Only if you choose Continue with Google. Google acts as an independent controller for your Google account.
• Professional advisers and authorities. Where the law requires it, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Processors work under contract. Some recipients sit outside Cyprus. Where a transfer leaves the EEA or UK adequacy framework, we use safeguards the GDPR requires, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Account and course records stay while the account is open, then as long as needed for legal claims or statutory duties. Sign-in codes expire after a short window. Email logs follow the mail provider. Correspondence is kept to handle your request and related legal duties.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018 you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and the right to data portability, where those rights apply. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew.

To exercise your rights, write to support@aced.team or to the registered office above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Cyprus supervisory authority.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie after you sign in. The marketing site does not set analytics cookies. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking the session cookie will stop signed-in features from working.

9. Children

The product is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it where required.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The last-updated date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update is notice of the revised policy, except where law requires a different form of notice or consent.
